2021 Christmas Parade Entry Form

Participation Rules

  • Deadline: Entries Must Be Received NO LATER THAN Date Stated On Entry Form.
  • Late Entries: Entry forms received after stated deadline date will be considered at that time.
  • Route: The Parade will begin at the Beebe High School Bus Parking Lot across from the High School Arena; turn left onto Center Street, right onto DeWitt Henry Drive, right onto Pecan Street, then left into the ASU-Beebe parking area next to tennis courts
  • Staging Area & Line-Up: Parade line-up may begin at 4:00 PM at Beebe High School Bus parking lot.
  • Judging: Judging will take place during the course of the Parade, and the judging stage will be set up in the Edward’s Cash Saver Parking lot.
  • Parade Parking: NO PARKING ALLOWED FOR VEHICLES OF NON-PARTICIPANTS IN THE LINE-UP AREA. Participants arriving separately of their entries will need to park in the Auditorium Parking Lot and walk to your entry.
  • Buses: Band buses may proceed thru the “line-up area”. After unloading participants, buses must then proceed to the “Reserved” parking area in the Auditorium Parking Lot.
  • Animal/Equestrian Units: COGGINS VERIFIERS WILL BE EXAMING YOUR CURRENT FORMS. DO NOT UNLOAD ANIMALS UNTIL PAPERS ARE INSPECTED. Vehicles with horse/animal trailers may proceed to designated parking in the Auditorium Parking Lot.
  • Walkers/Riders/Marching Units: Upon reaching parade “Finish”, individuals need to remain in area until appropriate pre-arranged transportation arrives.
  • Candy: Candy may be thrown from entries. All candy must be in its original wrapper.
  • Any Entry with Children riding on a vehicle/float MUST provide ample adult supervision. This is mandatory for all such entries. There MUST be at least 1 adult per entry, on which children are riding.
  • All Float Riders: Riders will remain on their float at all times while float is on Parade Route. Absolutely NO participant will get “on or off” a float/entry once it has started down the parade route. Only in cases of emergency, or the float/entry has reached the designated finish area, will any participant be allowed on or off a float/entry.
  • All Vehicular Entries will be required to produce, upon request by parade officials, the name of the entry’s driver, and his/her valid driver’s license
  • Lost and Found Kids: If any person/child becomes lost or separated from an entry, contact local authorities on duty. It is the parents’ responsibility of the children participating in the parade to make necessary arrangements to have their child met and picked-up from the designated finish area in a reasonable amount of time immediately following the completion of the parade.
  • IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE WAY TO ANY & ALL EMERGENCY PERSONNEL VEHICLES.
  • BREAKDOWNS: Any motorized unit/vehicle, which becomes disabled & delays the parade, will be removed from the parade route. All towing expenses will be at the participants’ expense.
  • Quality: The primary focus for the Beebe Christmas Parade is to provide a safe, enjoyable and quality parade on the streets of Beebe.
